Service was horrible. Wrong food was delivered. I had to go pick up my correct food. The food was cold and not good. Tasted old. Very disappointed

Portion size was very good. The vegetables used to prepare the food was fresh. The taste was very good. I would recommend this to anyone. It is apparent they take care in preparing their food.

We ordered Shrimp with mixed vegetables. We received shrimp with broccoli. Broccoli was the only vegetable. Very disappointed. Usually very good. I would like a response.

I’ve ordered number of times over the last few years, the General Tso’s chicken was usually a bit mild in heat. However the recipe seems to have changed recently this time nice and spicy! Thank you!

4 Seasons has excellent food and I've ordered from them many times. However, their customer service is terrible. Yesterday I waited 2 hours for the order until I finally told them forget it. This has happened many times in the past. They are extremely slow delivery, over 1 hour any time I've ordered from them and I don't live far from their location. I know this is a family business, and there is a kid answering the phones who has no idea how to handle business. After 1 hr I was told they ran out of an item, and at 1 hr 45 min they were still making excuses why the food would take longer to be delivered. This could be a great restaurant if they get it together with customer service. I ended up up ordering at another restaurant; their food was great and it was there in 30 min.

The food was good. The boneless ribs had more fat on them then I am comfortable with, and the General Tso was not nearly as spicy as I was looking forward to, but overall tasted good. The time from order being placed to order ready was an hour and 10 minute which was very disappointing.

Food was good, but arrived lukewarm after an hour and 20 minutes (I was quoted 40 minutes). I called twice to check on the order but the very young lady on the phone simply said she would call the driver.

All food was excellent.....fried wontons, hot and sour soup, crispy noodles...and all of our five entrees. Everything was packed perfectly for takeout. Very good experience.

4 seasons food is incredible. Some of the best chinese food i've had in south jersey in a while. Most places around here have WAY too much salt or oil in their food, 4 seasons does not. the consistency of every ingredient is just right. the owner is also the sweetest lady ever, love her! from their pork fried rice, to their traditional meals along with their soups, If you want really good chinese go to 4 seasons!
